The ISPO Munich 2018 is coming to town. With the ISPO Munich Sports Week, the trade fair for international sports business opens its doors to the Munich public.
And it runs through the city: The ISPO Munich Night Run, a trail run over 5 or 10 kilometres (2 laps) in the Olympic Park, takes place on the eve of the ISPO Munich 2018. The starting signal is on Saturday, 27 January, at 6 p.m. for the 5k and at 6.45 p.m. for the 10k. Trade fair boss Klaus Dittrich will also be present: "I'm also participating. But please don't ask me about the time later."
The former German champion over 10,000 metres, Sebastian Hallmann, who prepared the readers of ISPO.com for the race in a four-part winter run series, is the favourite.
Deadline for registration is the night from Wednesday to Thursday at 11.59 pm.
Late registrations are possible on Saturday from 3 p.m. to 30 minutes before the respective start. Location for collecting starting documents and late registrations: forecourt Olympia Ice Sports Centre, Willi-Daume-Platz.
The Swedish shoe manufacturer Icebug is a partner of the ISPO Munich Night Run. Participants can simply rent and test shoes on site. There is a wide range of Icebug products to choose from. Icebug offers products with spikes for hard winters and with special RB9X soles for milder winter days.
