It gets even better when two mega brands cooperate with each other: At ISPO Munich 2022, ISPO.com and the cult brand from Austria joined forces for the first time. The highlight? A live podcast on biohacking with celebrity guests! Here you can find all the insights from Red Bull at the world's most important sports trade fair.
In their weekly biohacking podcast, Andreas Breitfeld and Stefan Wagner share simple tips and hacks that add up to a big impact on fitness, performance, and quality of life.
Andreas Breitfeld is Germany's best-known professional biohacker and founded the Biohacking Lab. His goal is to show how self-responsibility for one's own health is simple and feasible. Co-host Stefan Wagner is a journalist, author and owner of an advertising and editorial agency who is concerned with the principles of success - and wants to live to 120 with the help of biohacking.
On stage at ISPO Munich 2022, a live episode of the Biohacking Podcast took place for the first time in the form of a coaching session. And with prominent guests on board:
- Racing bike pro Anton Palzer: Toni Palzer stood on skis for the first time at the age of three and decided to turn his passion into a profession. After numerous world championships and titles, he took on a new challenge: switching to cycling.
- Dan Lorang, Head of Performance BORA - hansgrohe: BORA - hansgrohe is one of the top professional teams in cycling. In his role as Head Coach, Dan Lorang has accompanied athletes such as Emanuel Buchmann, Sam Bennett, Max Schachmann and Pascal Ackermann on their way. And as Head of Performance, he has also supported Anton Palzer in his transformation from ski mountaineer to professional cyclist. He reveals exclusively in the podcast how he did it.
Whether grounding, altitude training, mouthtaping or sober training - the pros shared their training experiences live with the visitors. You weren't there live or want to listen to the insights again?
No problem, you can find the live episode of the podcast here (only available in german):
In addition to the live podcast, Red Bull had other exciting activities on offer for visitors at ISPO Munich.
At the Red Bull booth, the national winners of the Red Bull Basement innovator competition Accist were available to answer questions - and also provided a tip or two for businesses or start-ups. In 2021, the young company with its helmet, whose sensor lights up when there is a risk of concussion after an impact, prevailed over 4,000 applicants from Germany and won Red Bull Basement.
At the entrance to ISPO Munich, visitors were able to pick up The Red Bulletin - with many exciting stories from the world of sport from high performers who are always looking for the next adventure.
