ISPO Award Winner 2024: The Trail Cropped Top from NNormal

The train running brand NNormal has created a real all-rounder with the Trail Cropped Top. Designed as a 3-in-1 trail running top, it combines the functions of a bra, tank top and vest in one product. It is designed for short to medium distance runs where you do not want to wear a running vest, especially in warmer climates.

The top has three discreetly placed pockets that offer a surprising amount of space for keys, phone, gels, water bottle and a windbreaker. The integrated cups, which provide moderate support, are removable so that the top can be worn comfortably with a sports bra.

The development process was supported by Swedish NNormal trail runner and multiple world champion in skyrunning, Emelie Forsberg. “I found it difficult to find a super comfortable, well-fitting sports bra with extra pockets that I can use when I want to go for a lighter run. That's why it was so cool that the NNormal team wanted to work on it,” says Forsberg about the collaboration.

With a focus on recycled, lightweight materials, the Trail Cropped Top offers a combination of breathability, compression and greater sustainability. The top is particularly light and comfortable and is made from recycled polyester with up to 15 per cent elastane for maximum freedom of movement during training. The slightly longer fit is comfortable and suits women who don't want to show too much skin. The fashionable look and subtle sporty design make the top particularly versatile: it is perfect for yoga or other sports without looking out of place. As a 3-in-1 solution, the top is therefore suitable for professional runners as well as beginners looking for the most versatile product possible.

The top was produced in Europe, in a production facility in Lithuania that is run by women. Most of the materials used also come from Turkey, Lithuania and Germany, which guarantees the shortest possible delivery routes. NNormal is a certified B Corporation and attaches great importance to sustainability and the preservation of our nature.

The top has been on sale since March 2024 and is available in the colours black / purple.
