When developing the new Odin Rock Insulated Shell Jacket, Helly Hansen gathered feedback and test results from partner search and rescue teams and mountain guides to create the ideal 3-season outer layer. The PFC-free 2-layer insulated shell jacket is equipped with the in-house HELLY TECH® Professional technology, which has been specially developed for the toughest conditions and guarantees complete weather protection.
The new Odin Rock Insulated Shell Jacket is a super-lightweight, durable, warm, waterproof, flexible and harness-compatible jacket that is suitable as an all-rounder for many areas of use. It consists of a hard-wearing outer material made of 100 per cent polyamide with mechanical 2-way stretch and a highly breathable and waterproof membrane. Lined with knitted Octa® Air Mesh insulation with 4-way stretch, it also offers excellent breathability yet lightweight insulation for chilly evenings or early mornings, in rain or sunshine. The quick-drying material composition is also ideal for stop-and-go activities. Equipped in this way, the jacket is a reliable companion from spring to autumn.
The jacket has been equipped with numerous features to increase its versatility. For example, the jacket has a chest pocket, elasticated cuffs and an elasticated hem. It fits perfectly under a climbing harness and the adjustable hood can be worn over a helmet. A two-way front zip provides additional flexibility. Side pockets have been omitted to save weight.
The jacket will be available in two colours, Light Lav for men and Cedarwood for women, from March 2025.
