Winner of the ISPO Award 2024: The AeroGraph Puffer Jacket from Graphene-X

We've all been there: you start out in the cold in the morning and therefore dress warmly. But as the day progresses, the weather changes and the jacket, which was still comfortable in the morning, gets much too warm around noon. For precisely this case, Graphene-X developed the AeroGraph Puffer Jacket, which can dynamically adapt to changing conditions. 

The jacket features innovative W.A.I. (Weather Adaptive Insulation) technology with aerogel tubes that inflate or deflate depending on the temperature, allowing the degree of insulation to be changed over and over again. Thanks to this continuous adjustment, the jacket always ensures optimal comfort. Added to this is the equally innovative integrated 160 g/m² GRAPHTHERMAL™ filling. This is a graphene-integrated synthetic insulation, that has an excellent weight to warmth ratio and that keeps performing even when wet.  

The outer shell is made from bio-based nylon ripstop, which is derived from 40 percent renewable starch. 

The jacket is equipped exclusively with YKK zippers, which ensure reliability and durability. The Ready for Everything (RFE) hood provides additional weather protection, while the jacket can be packed into a compressible pouch for easy transport. It also features a double front zipper, an adjustable hem for a tailored fit, and five strategically placed pockets for maximum functionality and secure storage.

The jacket is aimed at men and will be available from October 2024.
