Mackenzie has been part of The New Zealand Merino Company for three years and was an early member of the team that launched its regenerative programme, ZQRX. Biodiversity is one of 15 key pillars monitored by ZQRX which supports and incentivises continual on-farm improvement through the use of regenerative farming practices. In Mackenzie's role, she collaborates with brands to effectively communicate the regenerative farming practices supported by their choice to source ZQRX wool. Biodiversity has been a key focus for brands supporting targeted impact investment.
