The Shanghai New International Expo Center is very well served by public transport. It is located in the economic development zone in Pudong district. Here there are two public transport hubs for bus and subway, one called “Longyang Road Station” (around 10 minutes’ walking distance away from the trade fair center) and one called “Huamu Road Station” (around one minute’s walking distance away from the trade fair center).

Longyang Road is served by bus, metro and the Shanghai maglev train line (Shanghai Transrapid). Huamu Road Station can be reached by metro.
Shanghai has two airports: the Pudong International Airport and the Hongqiao airport. The Expo Center is located approximately 35 kilometers east of Pudong airport and 32 kilometers west of Hongqiao airport. You can take the airport bus, the maglev train or the subway directly there.

From Pudong International Airport, you can take the magnetic levitation train. It takes just 8 minutes to get to Long Yang Road, where the SNIEC is located. The train comes every 15 or 20 minutes. Travel from Pudong International Airport to Longyang Road and alight at the terminus. One journey costs RMB 50 without a flight ticket and RMB 40 with a flight ticket. From Longyang Road you can then take metro line 7 to Huamu Road Station.
Or take the subway line 2 to Longyang Road and change to line 7 for Huamu Road Station. Travel time is approximately 100 minutes Alternatively, you can also take the airport bus line 3 to Longyang Road. The journey takes around 40 minutes and costs RMB 20.
From Hongqiao airport you can take metro line 2 to Longyang Road Station. There, change to line 7 for Huamu Road Station. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes.
From Shanghai railway station or Shanghai South railway station take metro line 1 to People's Square, then line 2 in the direction of Pudong International Airport Station. Alight at Longyang Road Station and change to line 7 for Huamu Road Station. From Hongqiao station take metro line 2 to Longyang Road Station and change to line 7 for Huamu Road Station.
