The German Supply Chain Act is in place since 01.01.2023 and obligates German brands to monitor not only TIER 1 but also their deeper supply chains. Therefore, ORTOVOX developed a monitoring concept to fulfill its due diligence in an efficient and resource-saving way. The concept contains a framework for categorizing suppliers into three performance levels considering social and environmental aspects and an automated data query process for the suppliers.
