Wide range of sports and holistic support

But it's not just the location that makes the Hohe Salve Sportresort the perfect starting point for top athletes or anyone who wants to pursue their sport and hobby on vacation. With the Move & Relax philosophy philosophy of the Pletzer Resorts offers a well thought-out overall concept based on the skillful interplay between exercise, relaxation and nutrition.

The Move & Relax philosophy was developed together with the Austrian Olympic ski jumping champion Toni Innauer and the University of Innsbruck, specifically the Institute of Sports Science.

The Move area enables athletes to train with modern and functional fitness equipment. During the training sessions, professional sports scientists and coaches are on hand to provide advice and support - for example during a performance check in the form of a bioelectrical impedance analysis or spiroergometry, the stress test for lung function and the cardiovascular system.

Whether for training or to cool off, guests at Das Hohe Salve Sportresort can swim their lengths in the spacious 25-metre sports pool or enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool with a view of the mountains.

Balancing exercise, relaxation and nutrition

In top-class sport, appropriate regeneration is crucial for training success and, of course, recreational athletes can also benefit from this. Accordingly, the relaxation area in the hotel specializes in high-quality and tailor-made massages, treatments and relaxation offers. Sunbathing, swimming, carefree doing nothing, everything is possible. A visit to the sauna or a yoga class relaxes body and mind - so you can leave everyday life behind or prepare for your next sporting adventure. Inviting rooms and suites also offer all the comfort you need to retreat after a fulfilling day in the mountains.
