"The past four years at Peak Performance have been great and I am grateful to have had the privilege of managing such a leading sports fashion brand and such fantastic employees. I would never want to miss this experience from my heart," says Nicolas Warchalowski on his retirement.
Who will be the new CEO of the outdoor brand did not want to announce the company yet.
Peak Performance was bought by Amer Sports in May this year for 255 million Euros. Amer Sports intends to further strengthen its apparel segment and direct customer business by acquiring the outdoor brand.
"Under the leadership of Nicolas Warchalowski, Peak Performance achieved strong, profitable growth through significant renewal and expansion of the collection portfolio and expansion in direct to consumer sales," said Neikki Takala, President and CEO of Amer Sports.
The Finnish group already owns brands such as Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson and Atomic.
