The German fitness market is growing: yet the Germans are still not gym enthusiasts to the same degree as other nationalities. 

The big ones are getting bigger and bigger. This goes also for gym chains in the German fitness market. The annual Edelhelfer report has announced a double-digit growth of registered members at the ten largest providers in the country as of end 2015 compared with the previous year.
