Terms of participation for the competition "ISPO.com Reader Survey 2022"
§1 ORGANIZER OF THE WINNER GAME
The organizer of the sweepstakes is Messe München GmbH, Messegelände, 81823 Munich, Germany, Register Court Munich HRB 6311. Insofar as the promotion takes place via Facebook, it is expressly pointed out that this promotion is in no way connected to Facebook, is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, and Facebook also accepts no liability for this. Facebook is released from any and all claims in connection with the sweepstakes. The recipient of the information you provide is not Facebook, but Messe München GmbH. All questions, comments or other remarks should be addressed to Messe München GmbH at the following e-mail address: info@ispo.com. The same applies if the promotion takes place via another Messe München GmbH social media channel (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
§2 PARTICIPATION RIGHTS
Any person 18 years of age or older is eligible to participate. Employees of Messe München GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions of participation listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. Each participant can only participate in his own name and only once per raffle.
§3 PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The sweepstakes will take place from 02.05.2022 until 29.06.2022. The sweepstakes ends at 23:59 of the said last sweepstakes day. Later registrations can no longer be considered.
§4 CURRENT OF THE ACTION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
The participation in the sweepstakes takes place via the website ISPO.com. Participants can register for the sweepstakes with their e-mail address via the questionnaire "ISPO.com Reader Survey 2022" on ISPO.com. 10x2 winners will be selected from all participants. The winners will be selected by Messe München GmbH after the end of the competition and informed of the prize by e-mail by June 30, 2022. The prize will be sent to each winner by e-mail, which will be automatically redeemed with the competition partner myclimate . For this purpose, the winner will receive a notification from the sweepstakes partner myclimate. For this purpose, the email addresses of the winners are transferred to the sweepstakes partner myclimate. The winners will also be announced via ispo.com if necessary. The legal process is excluded.
The prize can not be transferred to other persons, exchanged or paid in cash. If the prize cannot be claimed by the winner, it will be forfeited without replacement. Messe München GmbH reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition at any time. No claims can be derived from premature termination. Entries for participation in the competition must not contain insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements. Participants who violate these conditions of participation or who demonstrably use unauthorized aids may be excluded from participation in the competition. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be subsequently withdrawn or prizes already delivered may be reclaimed.
§5 DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
Messe München GmbH respects the privacy and personal sphere of participants and therefore takes the protection of personal data very seriously. When handling this data, Messe München GmbH acts in strict compliance with the relevant statutory data protection regulations. In order to participate in the competition, Messe München GmbH collects, stores and uses the name and e-mail address of the participants. These are collected, stored and used by Messe München GmbH solely for the purpose of conducting the competition. The aforementioned data or other personal data will be deleted after the end of the competition and forwarded to the above-mentioned competition partner solely for the purpose of sending the compensation confirmation. Furthermore, personal data will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. By participating in the sweepstake, the participant consents to the collection, storage and use of his/her data by Messe München GmbH for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes.
The participant is free to have personal data deleted by Messe München GmbH at any time, even during the campaign, by sending an e-mail to datenschutz@messe-muenchen.de, thus terminating his/her participation in the sweepstake. After receipt of the revocation, the stored personal data will be deleted immediately. There is no right to participate in the sweepstakes. The participant may also contact the above addresses if he/she wishes to receive information about which personal data has been stored. In all other respects, the data protection provisions of Messe München GmbH apply.
§6 OTHER
The participant releases Facebook or other social media channels of Messe München GmbH from any liability. The legal process is excluded. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants are subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of these Conditions of Participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation.
