With the WarmCube Featherless Hoody, Marmot uses the so-called WarmCube technology: small, cube-shaped pockets filled with synthetic insulation instead of down. The advantage is that the synthetic filling should keep you warm even in extremely wet conditions. The jacket is well ventilated during high activity levels, but stores heat for the time when things are quieter. The tough outer skin is made from recycled Pertex Quantum Y-Fuse mini rip-stop. It allows water to run off well, is wind-resistant and protects against wear and tear. This sustainably designed Marmot station wagon is rewarded by the jury: with the Gold Winner Outdoor in the Insulated category.
