The Vidar Salopette by Klättermusen is a light, yet rugged climbing and mountaineering pant for spring, summer and autumn. Klättermusen relies on the company’s own 3L Cutan fabric, an organically based stretch polyamide. This is said to have the same strength and quality as normal nylon, but is made from food waste. The well-thought-out cut provides freedom of movement, while clever details and the Duracoat reinforcements increase durability. The jury singled the product out as a Gold Winner in the Outdoor segment in the category Pants.
