Victoria has been working for Fair Wear for almost three years. Previously, she worked as a CSR manager in the fashion industry, including for Fair Wear member brands. She currently supports the Fair Wear Membership Team as a Human Rights Due Diligence and Living Wage Expert for members. Next to that she coordinates the development of the HRDD Academy – powered by Fair Wear. She gained her academic experience in business administration and sustainability management in Germany. She now works for Fair Wear mainly at the headquarters in Amsterdam, but also closely together with local teams in production countries where Fair Wear is active, such as Bangladesh, India and North Macedonia.
