After completing his studies, Swen Grauer initially worked as a research assistant at the Technical University of Munich. His scientific work focused on the implementation of health measures in companies. Since 2002, he has been managing partner of Integion GmbH, with which he develops, introduces and implements highly successful corporate health management approaches in companies. This is based on a holistic approach to health that interlinks all three dimensions of health (physical, mental and social) and addresses both individual and organizational health. Companies can only achieve sustainable performance if they are seriously committed to the health of their employees and health is anchored in the culture of a company.
