Matthias has studied chemistry and chemical engineering in Merseburg and Bonn. After his graduation he worked as a technical and business consultant with a keen interest in green technologies. After serving dozens of clients across various industries he joined the Swiss federal administration to manage authorization processes for biocidal products. Before joining bluesign technologies, Matthias held positions as lead regulatory & sustainability affairs for special chemistry suppliers.
