Friederike is part of the newly formed Centric Customer Success Team, focusing on supporting our existing customers to further enhance their Centric PLM solutions and enabling them to address new requirements related to product data. Preparing for the growing demands of sustainability-related data is a key aspect of her role. As a former Centric customer herself, Friederike is deeply committed to ensuring that all our customers are well cared for and equipped with a PLM solution that supports every step of their product development journey. Although her formal education is in clothing technology, Friederike's professional passion has always been drawn to PLM software, which captured her interest from the very start of her career.
