Corporate health in practice: perspectives from C-level and BGM professionals

What is the importance of corporate health in modern, innovative companies? This session brings together two experts with different perspectives: Petra Hagel, BGM professional at Schwarz Produktion, and Bernd Scharrer, former COO and IT board member, with extensive experience in digitalization and innovation.

The discussion will shed light on two key perspectives: the strategic viewpoint of managers, who have to take numerous interests and challenges into account, and the practical perspective of OHM experts, who fight to ensure that their concerns are heard. Together, Petra and Bernd will show how corporate health initiatives can not only be communicated at eye level, but also implemented sustainably in organizations.

The aim of the session is to provide corporate health professionals with tools and strategies to successfully communicate their concerns to the management level. At the same time, it will show how managers can recognize the added value of such programmes and maintain a balance between different stakeholder interests.

With its silent stage technology, the Yellow Stage at ISPO creates a protected space for concentrated and in-depth discussions. With headphones, you will experience the session in an intimate and focused atmosphere, allowing you to follow the speakers' thoughts and experiences in full depth.

Corporate health is more than just an HR issue - it is a strategic pillar for innovation, productivity and competitiveness. ISPO provides a platform to share ideas and best practices that help companies to firmly anchor health and well-being in their corporate culture.
