To ensure your application is processed in time, and you will be allowed to enter the country upon arrival, we highly urge you to process the application form for the business visa to China at least one month prior to departure from the country of your origin.
It is important to check the validity of your passport. Your passport needs at least six months of remaining validity and blank visa pages. Please check all details and apply for the business visa on the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre.
You will also have to submit an invitation letter from ISPO Beijing.
Please follow these steps:
- Download the request form for the business visa invitation letter
- Fill out the form completely
- Send it back to the e-mail address given in the form together with a copy of your passport and, if applicable, your entry record to China
The invitation letter will be send back to you. With this letter you can then apply for your actual visa at the Service Center. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
