Annabel Müller

Annabel Müller (1978) was born in Munich, has lived in Füssen since 2018 and is a speaker, author and passionate ultra trail runner. She is a two-time finisher of Tor des Géants (2019 and 2023), one of the longest and toughest ultra trail races in the world: over 340 kilometers and 30,000 meters of altitude in a maximum of 150 hours, non-stop. On her comeback Stronger after a serious water skiing injury and operation in 2020 in 127:32 hours - including a total of 4 hours' sleep.

But Annabel Müller is not a born runner. She smoked intensively for over 15 years and only discovered her love of running in the mountains late in life. Nor is she a born runner. One doctor said: "If you want to do endurance sports, you'd better go cycling." But she stayed motivated and persevered, and her success proves her right.

Since 2018, Annabel Müller has been combining the experience of these extraordinary running adventures with her management and coaching skills and showing how to achieve big goals with COURAGE, ENDURANCE, CONFIDENCE and the necessary mindset - from the ultra trail for companies. In the form of moving lectures, two published books and an online course, she inspires and moves her audience with exciting insights from the mountain for business and from running for life. The many enthusiastic references (VW, BOSCH, BVMW, etc.) show the enormous impact this unusual experience has on the everyday (working) lives of her listeners.
