Please fill out the online application as early as possible and submit it. It can be changed or completed at any time up to the deadline.
There will be up to 8 categories, but these will only be defined two weeks before the jury meeting, depending on all submissions.
The application will be divided into the following two areas:
Physical Products
We are looking for all kind of sports products: no matter if you invent a new sport, launch a new sports fashion label or offer a new type of sports equipment: If you can touch your product, it belongs to this category – even if it includes electronics or digital components.
Digital Products and Services:
We are looking for pure digital services that accelerate the evolution of sports: from B2B services that help create, produce or distribute sporting goods to consumer services that elevate the sports experience on a personal or community level. But also Sportstech, solutions that help to elevate the athletes fitness, to track and measure improvement.
No participation fee will be charged for the ISPO Brandnew application.
2. Provide a video
Send us a video that explains very clear your product and your brand to the jury. It is just an information tool for the jury, so content is essential. Making and professionalism of the video will not be judged.
3. Early Bird Deadline
Send your submission until September 15, 2020 and receive free feedback on your application from us upon request. Changes can be made online in your account until the final deadline.
4. Final Deadline
Finalize your online application until the Deadline October 09, 2020, to ensure that you take part at ISPO Brandnew.
5. Provide your product
Send us your product until October 09, 2020. Please allow some days for potential delays at the distribution. Please attach additional materials related with your product (e.g. brochures, flyers, catalogues, factsheets) to your consignment. If you can provide a test account for the judges, please also sent us the login details until the deadline.

6. Jury Meeting
The jury selects all of the winners and selected brands at the jury meeting end of October 2020. By accepting the ISPO Brandnew Winner / Selection label, awardees agree to pay a benefit package fee of EUR 1.800 that covers exhibition space at ISPO Munich and further benefits.
7. Live Pitch Overall Winner
During ISPO Munich 2021, an ISPO Brandnew “Overall Winner” will be selected among all Winners chosen by the ISPO Brandnew jury at the official jury meeting. The format to determine the ISPO Brandnew Overall Winner shall be a public pitch format.
The Overall Winner of ISPO Brandnew will get a refund of the paid amount of EUR 1.800 after ISPO Munich 2021.
8. Award Ceremony
The prize giving ceremony will be directly after the pitches. All winners, selected brands and ISPO visitors are welcome.
9. PR
Several PR and promotion campaigns will support the awardees and their projects before, during and after the ISPO Brandnew ceremony and ISPO Munich 2021.

Criteria for a valid application:
• Complete company information
• Complete contact details of person responsible for the entry
• Assignment of submission to areas (physical and digital)
• Product name and description
• Information about the team members
• Logo (vectorized, ai or eps)
• Shipment of one or more fully functioning product samples
• Test accounts or product for the organizers to grant an uncomplicated jury meeting
• High quality product photos for presentation (300 dpi, jpg)
• A short video (max. 2 min. in English, Format: avi, mov, mp4, mpeg, HD 1920 x 1080)
Optional, but potentially a key factor for the jury:
• Marketing concept / advertising material
• Patent
COSTS
No participation fee will be charged for the ISPO Brandnew application.
By accepting the ISPO Brandnew Winner / Selection label, awardees agree to pay a benefit package fee of EUR 1.800 that covers exhibition space at ISPO Munich and further benefits. The area of the booth is about 15sqm (Winners) / 10sqm (Selection). Lighting, electricity, booth space, carpet and a basic booth set-up are included in the package. The awarded companies have to bear all other costs like decoration, branding, accommodation and shipping.
OVERALL WINNER REFUND
During ISPO Munich, an ISPO Brandnew “Overall Winner” will be selected among all Winners chosen by the ISPO Brandnew jury at the official jury meeting. The format to determine the ISPO Brandnew Overall Winner shall be a public pitch format. The Overall Winner of ISPO Brandnew will get a refund of the paid amount of EUR 1.800 after ISPO Munich 2020.
