Biography

Lars Lienhard, sports scientist and former competitive athlete, is a pioneer of neuroathletic training and one of the leading experts for neuro-centred training in Europe. As the namesake of neuroathletic training (NAT), he has shaped it like no other. Lars Lienhard works as a coach, consultant and trainer in elite sport, has already prepared numerous athletes for the Olympic Games and World Championships and supports clubs and associations with sporting issues. He was a coach at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil and at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, among others, and is a sought-after guest as a discussion and interview partner in science magazines and programmes.
