Trainer training is a particular focus this year. Benjamin Willems, a committed expert in this field, plays a central role in the development of forward-looking training concepts at the Düsseldorf iST University of Applied Sciences for Management. In his lecture on the ‘Future of professional trainer education’, he will show how an innovative concept that combines academic teaching, in-company training and association licences makes it easier for young talents to enter the coaching profession.
