Playing to Learn: the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation & the Universal Language of Sport

The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation uses the power of sport to support disadvantaged children and young people in their personal development. The Foundation conveys values such as team spirit, respect, discipline and fair play – values that also help children and young people in their everyday lives, at school and in their vocational training. They learn to believe in themselves, overcome setbacks and take their lives into their own hands. This session is not just an introduction to our work, but an opportunity for everyone to engage in a dialog to fuel motivation, potential and perseverance for our mission. And to initiate further, concrete projects!
